1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for users in jurisdictions where it is lawful to use trading-analytics software.

2. The Service; No Advisory Relationship

[DBA_NAME] is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner, and does not offer, solicit, or recommend any security, commodity, future, or trade. 3. Accounts, Purchases & Licenses

1. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, our payment processor and merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's terms and privacy policy.
2. Access is granted via a license key subject to the End User License Agreement. Keep it confidential; you are responsible for use under your key.
3. Subscriptions renew automatically at [PRICE_MONTHLY] until cancelled through Gumroad. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and ends paid access at the end of the paid period (or immediately on refund/chargeback).
4. Prices, tiers, and limits may change prospectively; changes do not affect an active paid period already purchased.

4. Free Tier

The Free Tier is offered "as is" with limited daily usage and no guarantee of continued availability. We may change or discontinue the Free Tier at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You will not: (a) violate the End User License Agreement restrictions; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) use the Service to break any law or exchange/broker/regulator rule; (d) scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or our validation servers; or (e) misrepresent the Service's outputs as [DBA_NAME]'s advice or as guaranteed results.

6. User Data

Market data you import stays under your control and, by design, is processed locally on your own device (see Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the rights to any data you import and for complying with your data providers' terms (e.g., you may not redistribute paid/licensed market data through the Service).

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the software, website, branding, and content, is owned by [DBA_NAME] and protected by intellectual property laws. The name "TrueEdge™", the logo, and related marks are our trademarks (common-law; ™ used until a USPTO registration issues, at which point ® applies). You receive only the limited license in the End User License Agreement.

8. Third-Party Data & Services

The Software can fetch market data from third-party sources and uses Gumroad for payments and licensing. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, accuracy, or terms. Your use of those sources is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification

The warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification in the End User License Agreement (Sections 8–10) apply to the entire Service and are incorporated here.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or the End User License Agreement. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date will change and updates will be posted at [WEBSITE_URL]/terms.

• Non-material changes (typos, clarifications, contact details, added examples): continued use of the Service after we post them means you accept them.
• Material changes — defined as changes to price, auto-renewal terms, the arbitration/dispute provision (if any), the limitation-of-liability cap, data-handling practices, or the refund policy — take effect for you only after your affirmative acceptance. For material changes we will give notice by email to your purchase address and/or an in-app notice, and we will require you to click Accept before the change applies to you. Any material change to any of the six legal documents will increment the accepted-version counter in the app and re-present the acceptance gate at next launch.

12. Governing Law; Venue
