Payments are processed by Gumroad, our merchant of record. This policy works together with, and is subject to, Gumroad's own refund and dispute rules.

1. Try before you buy

TrueEdge offers a Free Tier so you can evaluate core functionality before purchasing. Because a free evaluation path exists, we ask you to test the Software on the Free Tier before buying a paid tier.

2. Monthly Membership ([PRICE_MONTHLY])

• You may cancel anytime via your Gumroad account or receipt; cancellation stops future renewals.
• Refunds: We offer a [REFUND_WINDOW_DAYS]-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of the Monthly Membership. If you request a refund within [REFUND_WINDOW_DAYS] days of your first charge, email [CONTACT_EMAIL] and we will refund that charge.
• Renewals are generally non-refundable once billed, because you had the prior month to cancel; however, we review good-faith requests case by case.

3. Lifetime License ([PRICE_LIFETIME])

3A. EU / UK customers — statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content purchased online (EU Directive 2011/83/EU; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). This right is waived once you consent to immediate access to the download before the 14 days expire and acknowledge you lose the withdrawal right by doing so. Because Gumroad is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, Gumroad is the seller of record and administers this withdrawal-right consent through its checkout at the point of sale. If you did not receive immediate access, or you believe your statutory withdrawal right was not properly handled, contact [CONTACT_EMAIL] within 14 days and we will work with Gumroad to issue a full refund. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory consumer right you have under EU or UK law.

4. How to request a refund

Email [CONTACT_EMAIL] from your purchase email with your Gumroad order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Gumroad; timing depends on your bank.

5. Effect of a refund on your license

Issuing a refund (or a chargeback) revokes the license associated with that purchase. The Software will revert to Free-Tier limits or disable paid features. Continuing to use paid features after a refund is a breach of the End User License Agreement.

6. Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback instead of requesting a refund may result in immediate license revocation and can affect your ability to purchase again. Card networks allow chargebacks regardless of this policy; Gumroad may also refund at its discretion to prevent disputes.

7. No refunds for policy violations

Refunds may be denied where there is evidence of fraud, license-key sharing, or abuse of the Software or this policy.
